Edge of Auchindoun

She stood watching as pieces of her homeland drifted away. The earth beneath her tilted and quaked, but she stood tall, heedless of the possibility that she might begin to drift herself. Then she felt her feet lift from ground and she was just another piece of home, tumbling into the unknown.
