If you’re a breast cancer survivor and marijuana is legal where you are, I highly recommend it. And not just for the issues mentioned here. Weed has helped me keep the ongoing tragedy with which we are surrounded in perspective while amplifying the many sources of continuing joy in my life. Desperately unhappy people do desperately unhappy things. Anything that helps move people out of that category and into the warm, safe, well-fed category is good for all of us.
